OVERVIEW

This website is operated by PAWVIA SHOP LTD, trading as Pawvia, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17501867, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PAWVIA SHOP LTD.

These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. Our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy also apply to purchases. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information.

Please read these Terms before placing an order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts your mandatory consumer rights.

SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must place the order on your behalf.

You must not use the website or our products for unlawful purposes, interfere with the website’s security, or knowingly submit false or fraudulent information.

Where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful conduct, or a material breach of these Terms, we may restrict access to the website. This does not remove rights relating to existing purchases, refunds, or other mandatory consumer protections.

SECTION 2 — GENERAL CONDITIONS

We may refuse a new order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, payment failure, or legal restrictions. We will not refuse service for an unlawful discriminatory reason.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will inform you promptly and refund any payment received for goods we will not supply.

We use Shopify and relevant service providers to operate the store and process payments. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

SECTION 3 — ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We source products through suppliers and fulfillment providers. PAWVIA SHOP LTD remains your seller and is responsible for meeting its obligations to you, regardless of which provider prepares or dispatches your order.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, prices, availability, and other material information are accurate.

If we identify a material error affecting your order, we will contact you, explain the issue, and seek your agreement to any proposed correction. If you do not agree, you may cancel the affected order and receive a refund. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an agreed price without your consent.

General website content does not replace the specific product information and commitments provided as part of your purchase.

SECTION 4 — MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

We may change prices, product availability, website content, or these Terms for future purchases.

Changes do not retrospectively alter the price or material terms of an order already accepted, unless you expressly agree or a change is required by law.

The applicable product price, currency, delivery charges, taxes collected by us, and total payable will be displayed before you submit your order.

We may temporarily suspend website features for maintenance, security, or other reasonable operational needs. Such suspension does not remove our obligations concerning existing orders or your statutory rights.

SECTION 5 — PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Products may be available exclusively online and may have limited availability.

The product page identifies the main characteristics and available variants. Please check the selected model, included accessories, power requirements, and any app-related features before ordering.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Screen settings may affect the appearance of colors, but this does not excuse goods that materially differ from their description.

Goods must meet applicable legal requirements, including requirements concerning satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, and conformity with their description.

Our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy explains order cancellation, statutory withdrawal, returns, defective goods, and refunds. It does not replace or limit mandatory consumer rights.

The policy includes our 24-hour order cancellation request procedure. This procedure does not restrict any applicable statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.

SECTION 6 — ORDERS, BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Before submitting an order, you can review the selected products, quantities, delivery details, and total price and correct errors.

Submitting an order creates an obligation to pay if the order is accepted. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. We accept the order when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If payment is collected before acceptance and we cannot accept the order, we will refund that payment promptly.

We may apply reasonable quantity limits or decline orders before acceptance for legitimate reasons, such as stock limitations or suspected fraud. Once a contract has been formed, we will not cancel it arbitrarily or restrict your statutory remedies.

You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and to notify us promptly of relevant errors. If an order has already been dispatched, an address change may no longer be possible.

We will communicate material order issues using the contact details you provide. Please retain your order confirmation and a copy of the terms applicable to your purchase.

SECTION 7 — SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS COMPLIANCE

Orders are fulfilled through suppliers and fulfillment or logistics providers. Goods may be dispatched from domestic or international warehouses depending on the product, destination, and stock availability.

A UK registered office does not mean that goods are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Our registered office is not a warehouse or product return facility.

Available delivery destinations, charges, and delivery estimates are provided through the checkout and our Shipping Policy. Any separate processing period will be explained where applicable.

We will inform you of material delays that become known to us. Customs checks may affect delivery, but they do not automatically remove our responsibilities concerning delivery or your statutory rights.

Any taxes, duties, or delivery charges collected by us will be shown before you complete your order. Where additional import duties, taxes, or clearance charges may be payable directly by you, we will disclose that possibility before purchase, including the amount or calculation method where reasonably available. You will be responsible for such charges only where properly disclosed and permitted by applicable law.

For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage generally remains with us until you, or a person you nominate, physically receives the goods, subject to any applicable legal exception where you independently appoint a carrier.

Product returns are received in Türkiye, as explained in our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy. Customers should not send returns to the London registered office or assume that the address on the original package is the correct return address.

SECTION 8 — LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBLE USE

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to exercise legally required care and skill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights concerning goods and services remain unaffected.

You are responsible for using the website lawfully. We do not impose a blanket obligation on consumers to indemnify us for all third-party claims, legal costs, or supplier-related losses.

Any claim concerning deliberate misuse or unlawful conduct will be assessed under applicable law and must take account of responsibility, causation, and actual loss.

SECTION 9 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and purchase contracts are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law that would otherwise apply, including applicable protections in your country of habitual residence.

You may bring proceedings before any court available to you under applicable consumer jurisdiction rules. Nothing in these Terms requires you to use only the courts of England and Wales where you have a legal right to use another court.
